The week spent in the Adirondack Mountains at our family cottage turned out to be an absolutely perfect week (poison ivy, bee stings, horse fly, deer fly, and mosquito bites aside), and in the chilly early mornings while everyone slept, I'd do a bit of writing on the front porch, piping hot cup of coffee in hand. Turned out to be a very productive time - here's one of the fruits of that labor.
Well, it's the wee hours of the morning and the Abbott family is up and getting ready for a week in the Adirondacks. Since there is no internet and little cell phone coverage, this'll be the last "Cartoon A Day" for a week. Hope everyone is having a great summer and I'll be posting again as soon as I get back. Cheers!
Want to know something super cool? Of course you do. My very first book is on sale now through Willow Creek Press. If you’re seen walking with it, people will think you’re very smart. Click on the image below to be taken to a magical place where you too can own this book. It may be delivered via unicorn – not sure.
This cartoon is one of my personal favorites - I cracked up when I thought of it and had to get it drawn up right away - hope you enjoy!
